For the last 15 years I have walked alongside individuals as they navigated stress, burnout, loss, and life transitions. I know how heavy it can feel when you are struggling to keep up or when your inner world does not match the life you want to be living. Therapy can be a place to slow down, breathe, and begin to reconnect with yourself.

Many of my clients are young or mid-life professionals who come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves. They've spent so much time caring for others or pushing through that they've lost touch with their own needs and purpose. My approach is compassionate, authentic, and collaborative. Sometimes we use a little humour too!

Life can be unpredictable, and sometimes it's hard to make sense of everything that comes your way. I offer a space where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most to you. My practice is neuro-disability and 2SLGBTQIA+ affirming — every part of you is welcome here, including the parts you may have had to keep hidden.

Choosing a therapist is an important and deeply personal decision — especially during times of stress or transition. My goal is to make that process feel as safe and welcoming as possible. I support young adults and professionals navigating anxiety, burnout, identity questions, career stress, and major life changes, with a compassionate, reflective, and practical approach.
